About Rachel

Rachel arrived in Santa Barbara in 2000 to earn her B.A. in History of Art and Architecture from UCSB , a four-year tour of the city's most distinctive buildings, neighborhoods, and design movements that quietly shaped how she sees a home today.
After a decade in sales and marketing, she joined the Santa Barbara real estate community in 2014 and was named Rookie of the Year. In the years since, she's represented buyers and sellers across Montecito, San Roque, the Riviera, the Mesa, and downtown. Her practice is built on careful negotiation, calm communication, and the kind of attention to detail that comes from genuinely caring how a transaction lands.
Rachel works with a small number of clients each year. She's a member of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, an active volunteer with the Junior League of Santa Barbara and the United Way, and an unrepentant fan of Fiesta and the Holiday Boat Parade. When she's not working, you'll find her hiking with her family and bulldog, or somewhere on State Street looking for the next great restaurant.
